About Neighborhood CU Foundation

The Neighborhood CU Foundation was created to improve the lives of those in Texas through promoting financial wellness, providing access to financial education, and raising the overall level of financial literacy. Our primary goal is to help consumers make smart financial choices in money management and attain financial prosperity. We focus on guidance, assistance and support in financial health initiatives.

Carolyn Jordan

President

Carolyn Jordan leads Neighborhood Credit Union’s remote services and member development areas, including the online and mobile channel, the Member Service Call/Contact Center, e-services, marketing and advocacy. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M-Commerce with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She also holds a Graduate Marketing Certificate from SMU’s Cox School of Business. With over three decades of industry experience, Carolyn is well respected by her peers on the local, state and national levels. She is a past Chair of the CUNA Operations, Sales and Service Council, a nationwide forum for credit union leaders. Carolyn currently serves as a member of the Credit Union National Association Political and Grassroots Network.

 

Francis Santana

Vice President/Treasurer

Francis Santana leads the Neighborhood Credit Union Retail Branches and Business Development team, and has been a part of the Neighborhood CU family since 1996. She received her Certified Credit Union Executive designation in 2008 and is a member of the CUNA Operations and Member Experience Council. Francis is a financial literacy advocate who has worked extensively with various community non-profits and churches. She currently serves on the executive boards for Grand Prairie United Charities and the Neighborhood Credit Union Foundation.  Francis resides in Arlington with her family, and enjoys being a softball mom and a “gammy” during her free time.

Randall Till

Secretary

Randall (Randy) Till has been a proud member of Neighborhood Credit Union since 1977 and currently serves on the Board of the Neighborhood CU Foundation. In addition to his Foundation role, he has served on the credit union’s Board of Directors since 2016, following three years as an associate director. A retired federal employee, Mr. Till concluded a 34-year career with the United States Postal Service, including 24 years as a Postal Inspector, ultimately holding the executive position of Inspector in Charge for the Fort Worth Division. He is also active on the Boards of the Haley Memorial Cemetery Association and remains involved in the National Association of Retired Postal Inspectors and the National Association of Retired Federal Employees. A dedicated member of Hillcrest Baptist Church, Mr. Till brings his commitment to public service and community stewardship to the Foundation, helping further its mission of supporting financial education, outreach, and local impact initiatives.

 

Brenda Davis

Director

Brenda Davis brings over four decades of leadership and service experience to the Neighborhood CU Foundation board. She retired from the United States Postal Service  after a long tenured career in local and national offices spanning roles in Mail Processing, Delivery Operations, Transportation, Equal Employment Opportunity, Marketing and Sales, Master Instructor at the Bolger Management Academy and Curriculum Design Specialist at Postal Headquarters.  She holds a bachelor's degree in management and business from National-Louis University and a master's degree in business from Texas A&M University. Since retiring, Brenda has continued to serve her community as a licensed real estate agent and former insurance agent, while also volunteering as Education Director for The Community Outreach Connection, facilitating STEM programming for youth. She remains active working in the real estate industry and holding the position of Vice President for the Postal Service Human Relations Fund Inc. A proud Neighborhood Credit Union member for over 40 years, Brenda has long relied on the credit union for financial guidance and support.

 

Anne Glasscock

Director

Anne Glasscock joins the Neighborhood CU Foundation board with nearly 20 years of leadership experience as President of the Kaufman Chamber of Commerce. A Texas A&M graduate, Anne began her career with the Dallas Area Chapter of the American Red Cross, where she still volunteers as a Lifeguarding and Water Safety Instructor Trainer. She leads the Kaufman County Leadership Council and Leadership Kaufman County class, and serves with the Kaufman Lions Club, Kaufman County Crime Stoppers (Secretary), and North Texas Commission Board. Anne is a graduate of Leadership North Texas and Leadership Kaufman County. In 2012, Anne earned the Accredited Chamber Executive designation from W.A.C.E.—still the only Chamber CEO in Texas with this title, most recently renewed in 2022. She currently chairs the W.A.C.E. Foundation Board. Anne and her husband, Kyle, live in Kaufman and have two grown daughters.
